Yesterday Ster was in class for the morning, but then we went out to the beach. It was chilly and overcast and quite a lovely day, in my opinion. The lighting was great for taking pictures, and we had some fun in the water. And watched a bird eat a fish…that was interesting. He/she was a bit self-conscious about it

So we played on the beach a little while and then we went to look for some clothes to change in to since we were now wet and it was chilly and windy and we wanted to eat. So I found some shorts and Ster found a cute dress and we ate at a place on the pier (one of them). At first we were outside and then it started to sprinkle, which we wouldn’t have minded if we hadn’t just bought dry clothes, and so we moved inside where it was freezing and then it stopped sprinkling. Of course, as soon as we were done eating it started raining really cold rain. We browsed some more shops and then came home and Ster napped while I read a bit. Then we made some from-scratch chocolate chip cookies and her friend Chris came by to help move the washer and dryer out of my van into the apartment. We watched some TV and eventually made dinner.

Today we got up and saw a movie. It was funny and OK. Luckily, the movies are soooo much cheaper here. Now I am waiting for Ster to get back from class so we can go back to the beach. Today it’s warmer and sunny with clear skies…

I dun wanna leeeave! Haha…we’re not headed back to GA until Thurs though so I still have another day…yay! No plans for that, really…just hanging out I suppose.

I need a nap.
