So I left Atlanta about 4pm yesterday, and the first part of the trip was uneventful. Then, when I get about 19miles into SC, I had to stop to go to the restroom. I pulled into the Target parking lot and I went to the restroom…was in there maybe 5 minutes and come out…the van won’t start. All of the electronics inside the van – the dashboard, the clock, the radio, everything – came on but the engine did nothing. NOTHING. There wasn’t even a click. Luckily a guy and his wife/gf pulled into the place in front of me and we tried to jump it with my cables. Still nothing. He looked at the fuses and things, and finally we both gave up. He went into Target to find his wife/gf, and I sat back down in the van for a few minutes. Finally I said “Van!” in a scolding tone and turned the key firmly and TADA…like nothing was ever wrong. It started right up. I have noooo idea what went on.

So then the rest of the trip was long but mostly uneventful. I missed my exit once, but other than that…I got here about midnight. It was a long trip and my bum was sore. But got here and had some popcorn and chatted until about 2am.

This morning we just woke up and hung out…Ster cooked some awesome chicken for lunch and now I’m sitting here doing this while she is at work. I’m going to go out in a bit and get a few things…but yeh. YAY visiting sisters! And tomorrow we’re getting the washer and dryer outta the van
